Fyrre seafood bar in the eastern part of Amsterdam is the place to go to for fresh oysters, fruit de mer and modern and creative seafood dishes.
We always use the best produce we can get our hands on: fresh fish from the North sea, oysters from Zeeland, Brittany and ireland and seasonal vegetables. Besides this we got a nice array of (natural) wines, local beers, homemade lemonades and other good stuff. We got the best oysters in town and are known for our fruit de mer platters.
Chef and owner Folkert was inspired by the freshness and lightness of the Scandinavian seafood kitchen which he now happily combines with techniques and influences from Japan and other parts of the world to create surprising and creative seafood dishes bursting with flavor and finesse.

Fyrre is open from Tuesday till Saturday from 17:00. On Sundays and Mondays we are closed, but you can book us on those days for private dining, parties, brunch etc. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
